Stoneybrook Karate Winter Garden Introduction

Welcome to the Stoneybrook Karate blog. Stoneybrook Karate is dedicated to the traditional teachings of Japanese Martial Arts in the Orlando and Winter Garden Areas. Stoneybrook Karate is located in Winter Garden Florida just off Stoneybrook West Parkway. Our classes are held in at The Right Combination Dance Center in the Walgreen's Plaza.

Stoneybrook Karate is the newest Dojo in Winter Garden. Although we are small and have just started, our Karate and Jujutsu is pure as well as exciting and fun for kids and adults.

We have programs for all ages and the classes are age specific and we are members of AAU Karate.

Stoneybrook Karate teaches Shuri te ha Karate along with Nihon Ryu Jujutsu. Shuri te ha Karate is a unique combination of Shotokan Karate and Kyokushinkai Karate. Shuri te ha is a powerful, strong system with low stances and powerful kicks and the Kata's are identical to Shotokan Karate and Kyokushinkai Karate.

Stoneybrook Karate will be addressing the Traditional aspect of Martial Arts describing the differences in Karate schools in the Winter Garden, Ocoee, Orlando and Clermont Area.
